In an emotional note, Clay’s daughter mentioned, “My Dad touched many lives across country and even around the world. He will truly be missed. I thank you to all who have reached out sending love, support, and prayers.” The overwhelming condolences pouring in stand as a testament to Harvey Clay’s immense popularity and the indelible impact of his splendid cooking skills.

He was a constant presence in many culinary shows where he willingly shared his expert grilling tips, leading by example and inspiring many aspiring pitmasters.
